MANAGERS
Landlords and managers now can manage their rent collection online. Each manager or landlord can add as many properties as possible, and each property can have multiple units. Manager or landlord can specify rent fee, rent due date, late fee (fixed amount or percentage) for each unit on an individual basis. For any tenant who does not pay rent on time, our system will automatically add the late fee to the payment due.Landlords and managers can also choose to block payment from any particular unit through system setting. There are alot more functions with our online rent collection service. Collected rents will be deposited into manager's or landlord's designated bank account through direct deposit.
